Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

Full-Time | Greater Boston Area

CS Bailey Landscape is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Manager to oversee and coordinate our landscape maintenance and fine gardening portfolio for our residential properties in the Greater Boston area.

You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, identifying enhancement opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. 

    • Serve as primary point of contact for clients

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of landscape maintenance crews

    • Manage crew scheduling and workflow in coordination with office staff

    • Support and mentor Crew Leaders and team members

    • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and safety standards

    • Communicate with clients as needed regarding scope and service

    • Track account profitability,  sales targets and opportunities for growth

    • Identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvement

    • Help train team members in horticultural best practices

    • 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture

    • Prior leadership or crew management experience preferred

    • Strong organizational and communication skills

    • Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities

    • Knowledge of plant care, pruning, and seasonal maintenance practices

    • Knowledge of LMN Software preferred

    • Valid driver’s license

Gardener/Garden Care Specialist

Full-Time | Greater Boston Area

CS Bailey Landscape is looking for motivated Gardeners to join our Fine Gardening team working on residential landscapes throughout the Greater Boston area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in detailed, hands-on work. Our gardeners work in small teams caring for perennial beds, shrubs, ornamental trees and seasonal plantings.  

    • Performing detailed perennial and shrub bed care

    • Pruning of shrubs and small trees

    • Planting seasonal material and perennials

    • Monitoring plant health and reporting issues

    • Supporting spring and fall cleanups

    • Maintaining tools and a clean job site

    • 2+ years of gardening/horticultural experience 

    • Plant identification and pruning skills

    • Detail oriented, self motivated and reliable

    • Ability to work as part of a team
